Our fast-growing company is looking for a dynamic member to add to our operations team at our newly opened Blast Plant in Circleville, OH. The applicable candidate must be a self-starter who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to adapt to change. We are looking for someone who is looking for a career that is willing and excited at the prospect of building this division of FORJAK.
Qualification Requirements:
This position would be in charge of all non-process floor related items, customers, office, logistics, receiving, etc.
Must be customer service focused with like experience
Must be a strong person with potential for growth
Must be able to write and process POs
Must be very process-driven
Must be able to "get dirty" - all hands on deck mentality
Must be extremely organized
Must be able to multi-task
Must be detailed-oriented and possess problem-solving skills
Must have a flexible work schedule, hours will vary as we build the division
Additional Position Details:
Full-time, salaried position
Eligible for health benefits
Eligible for 401K program
Eligible for 1 week of vacation, 2 weeks upon second year of employment
Final candidates will take the DISC assessment as part of their interview process
