Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive safety, quality, and profitability to meet or exceed company objectives.

Oversee successful execution of all roofing projects from pre-construction thru accurate budding thru contract clauses thru completed project to final inspection.

Responsible for the day-to-day production of the company from interfacing with executive leadership team, finance, management of the field operations, supervision of safety & project management & on-site progress, and employee retention.

Provide oversight and accountability, ensuring projects and Project Managers are on track, on schedule for completion, and within budget.

Set individual performance goals as a cornerstone in our career development program while encouraging optimal performance with all production staff.

Supervise & mentor in the recruiting, interviewing, selecting, orientating, training, coaching, and disciplining of the operations team as needed.

Champion the development, implementation and continuous improvement of organizational management protocols, practices, and tools.

Collaborate with the Vice President on long & short-term plans for company growth.

Provide timely, accurate, and complete reports on the operating condition of the company to the Vice President.

Act as a strategic partner on the leadership team and liaison between sales & operations.

Demonstrate a willingness to take on new tasks with a general attitude that no task is too small or large, impossible, or cannot be improved.

Travel to job sites to conduct random inspections on a routine basis.

Work autonomously while ensuring Vice President expectations are readily met and exceeded.

Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years experience in low slope commercial roofing.

Minimum of 5 years of P&L responsibility.

Proven experience managing multiple crews.

Passion for an prior successful history of building high performing teams.

Strong leadership skills with ability to build consensus and gain buy-in.

Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

Comfortable with heights.

Physically be able to maneuver a 40lb ladder- lift off top of truck, set-up, climb down, lift back onto truck & attach to racking.

Perform roof installation tasks including scaling 40 ft ladders.

Pay: salary when starting- based on experience. Then commission with base pay.
