Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day operations of a Clothing Alterations shop:
Answer telephone and field customer questions
Greet customers, and provide requested service
Make bridal appointments, and organize bridal gowns
Keep accurate record of bridal appointments and change requests
Accept customer payments, recording payment information
Resolve customer service problems
MUST provide references.
