Job Opportunity: Operations Team Associate with ARI-hetra in Lebanon, OH

As an Operations Team Associate with ARI-hetra, you will receive incoming calls from customers, determine needs, accurately specify parts, and electronically enter orders for fulfillment. This includes locating the desired part from our electronic resources and interacting directly with various global suppliers. You will be responsible for a variety of other functions including:
Work closely with production, suppliers and product managers in completing special order parts.
Review special order parts tracking to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Gather customers’ payment information upon taking orders.
Diplomatically handle customer complaints in a friendly, professional and empathetic manner. Work with Accounting and CRM software systems to update and maintain customer records for accuracy.
Handle incoming service calls as needed, including but not limited to speaking to customers regarding technical aspects of their lifts, writing of service work orders, and assisting customers manually lowering their lifts.
Work as part of the CSR team issuing PO’s to a product supplier upon receipt of orders from field sales personnel.
Cross-train and be able to handle other functions within the Customer Service department as needed.
The ideal candidate will have:
2-4 year degree - Business Administration or related business degree preferred but not required.
1-3 years’ experience working in an office environment.
Warehouse or parts experience a plus.
Mechanical aptitude a plus.
General knowledge of manufacturing operations.
Answering phones as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Experience utilizing sales and order management tools (e.g., CRM), Google or Office Suite and ERP systems.
Problem-solving skills imperative.
Focus and attention to detail with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated time management skills.
