Resident Services job ….
You will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls at the property. You will respond to resident requests by completing work orders and inputting data in to Yardi software.
Receive and catalog package deliveries for residents.
Deliver notices to residents as needed.
Handle complaints and help to resolve resident issues
