We are seeking individuals with experience in accounting who may be on a path to be licensed as a certified public accountant and who can help drive efficiencies into our current systems and processes. Candidates need to be able to work well with and communicate well with all levels of management and employees. Ideal candidates, once trained, will be self-directed and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include, but are not limited to the following specialties:
Primary Accounting Operations
Learn and understand the primary job tracking, billing and payroll systems
Timely and accurately, execute the billing process for the largest revenue stream in the company
Timely and accurately, load the payroll information
Analyze additional billing opportunities pursuant to contractual terms
Execute other customer and contractor billing activities
Execute certain cash activities
Communicate with remote managers to obtain invoice approvals
General Accounting in a shared services type environment to
Apply cash into sub-systems
Perform month-end close activities and accruals
Reconcile balance sheet accounts
Track and report Key Performance Indicators

Minimum Qualifications
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Accounting Degree Preferred
On a path to become certified as a public accountant preferred
Experience in accounting roles
