4+ years of experience in developing/configuring USREG and/or Canada reports
Good experience in IT industry well versed with Release and change management processes
Additional experience in any ETL tool is preferred
Experience in working in Agile
Strong communication skills with good work ethic
Own- Own and be accountable for the assigned project deliveries by proactively reaching out to various stakeholders
Code- Solid Axiom coding experience with no guidance or support
Triage- Efficiently reproduce reported software problems, analyze data, and work with other team members to quickly remove obstacles.
Problem Solve- Resolve difficult issues, often with little information in Axiom to meet the regulatory deadlines
Develop and Organize Tests- Analyzing business requirements, designing test scenarios ensuring proper coverage of requirements to support end to end testing of the reports. Create structured, clean, and cohesive test cases for all new features and/or functional changes in the software, organized into repeatable test suites.
Document- Ensure testing activities always grow collective team knowledge through strong documentation and notes
Research- Study emerging test tools, trends, and methodologies that will enhance existing systems and processes.
Lead - Lead and mentor QA team members. Establish metrics, mentors team members and manages outside resources, as well as developing test programs - oversee all aspects of quality assurance including applying industry best practices and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met. Cohesive Team Player with Fast Learning Curve along with strong analytical, problem solving, innovation, planning, organizational, and communication skills
