The Sr. Data and Information Architect will be responsible for the architecture of Dataiku for the Analytic Invention and Big Data programs in DISE Enterprise - Data Core, leading technical initiatives for the team.
Essential Responsibilities: In this role you will drive the architecture for both the Analytic Invention and Big Data programs, looking to empower business users and data scientists to create their own data and analytics projects and to create a comprehensive and performant ecosystem to drive the invention of new analytics. To do this, you will need to consistently strive to reduce technical hurdles, simplify access to data, automate data processes, and act as subject matter experts who coach and consult business partners and other technologists. You will be the organizational expert in Dataiku, setting the strategic technical direction of this technology. Additionally, you will be responsible for enhancing Analytic Invention capability of Dataiku to drive the acceleration of analytic delivery.

Essential:
Knowledge of Greenplum/Redshift/Postgres databases
Depth of experience with Dataiku
Depth of knowledge in data lake concepts
Strong SQL skillset
Strong Python skillset
Depth of knowledge in AWS EKS
Depth of knowledge of Spark and distributed processing execution
Depth of knowledge in AWS and S3
Experience automating manual processes
Deep experience with information/data architecture
Deep experience with data engineering
Knowledge about data science concepts
Experience with data visualization
Experience with IT process automation
Proven ability to teach technical concepts to those without a technical background
Approachable and able/willing to answer questions from users with a wide variety of backgrounds
