CBTS is in search of a Desktop Architect for a position in the Cincinnati area. The position will require some on-site work.

Experience should involve reviewing and running software installs and system configurations, deploying software and policies, testing scripts/packages/software, supporting, troubleshooting and use of deployment/management systems within an end user environmentThis role also requires experience in creation of documentation and processes and proven capabilities in technical writing

• Advanced knowledge of Windows OS and/or Mac OS, including life cycle management and root cause analysis using advanced diagnostic tools
• Understanding of systems-based management/monitoring/endpoint protection software such as SCCM, etc.
• Understanding of how Group Policy and Preferences work in OS environments
• Knowledge and understanding of virtual workstation environments
• Knowledge of Scripting and Packaging Languages (Primarily PowerShell, with knowledge of other scripting is very helpful
• Substantial experience with problem solving in complex system and network infrastructures, with a focus on ensuring a positive end user experience
• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions
• Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• Strong technical grasp of strategic platforms such as Microsoft, Networks and Security, WAN, LAN
• Knowledge of Active Directory/SCCM
• Solid networking knowledge, including LANs, WANs, Routers, VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi
