Overview:

Our Facilities Team is responsible for all preventive and corrective maintenance for our 55 offices nationwide. As a Facilities Support Specialist, you will be joining one of our travel teams assigned to specific locations to help spearhead all the office needs, including maintenance, set-up, tear-downand installations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Making decisions in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines

  • Develop working knowledge of furniture systems including tear down, setup and configuration of workstations

  • Replace, repair and/or maintain electrical, plumbing, basic carpentryand painting

  • Communicate needed repairs and maintenance needed to management

  • Working knowledge of using hand and power tools, mathematicsand preventative/predictive maintenance

  • Ability to perform grounds maintenance functions including snow removal and minor landscaping repair and improvement

  • Transportation of equipment between satellite offices via car, vans and trucks (non CDL)

  • Work from elevated areas using ladders, platforms and scaffolding


What you need:

  • 1-2 years’ relevant work experience preferred

  • Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record within company and auto insurance required standards

  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office and Internet use

  • Disciplined work style with attention to detail

  • Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization

  • Ability to deal with time constraints and effectively manage deadlines

  • Ability to lift 50lbs
