To be successful, you must have a strong attention to detail, extensive knowledge of the manufacturing life cycle, supply chain life cycle, report building, and be motivated to show bottom line improvements from your efforts. Establishment and execution of the global S&OP processes for ProAmpac
Create a corporate capacity model that quantifies utilization across all assets
Execute all facets of the S&OP process to provide optimum working capital performance as defined by the organization's business operating plans and strategic objectives
Develop S&OP dashboard made available to company leadership
Partner with Corporate Continuous Improvement team on identifying areas for equipment efficiency improvement
Collaborate with Divisional S&OP leads to help level-load facilities, ensure maximum cost absorption across all sites, and ensure a stable raw material supply plan for the company
Collaborate with Divisional S&OP leads to guide medium and long-term planning cycles around equipment utilization, line-loading, and line redeployment
Work in partnership with Divisional Operations leaders to help guide CapEx upgrades on strategic assets
Lead the S&OP management reviews, prepare all data and metrics for review, identify gaps and scenarios that must be presented, guide final decision making on open items and trade-offs, and prepare escalations for executive review where appropriate
Create the S&OP minutes, communicate key conclusion to stakeholders and perform follow up of the actions
Assist in 5-year CapEx strategy through demand planning models
Partner with Global Sourcing leaders on raw material consolidation

BA/BS in Accounting, Business Management, Supply Chain, or other relatable field of study
Five to seven years of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement leadership experience (combination)
Three to five years of S&OP experience with multi-site manufacturing background
Expert using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), and Outlook email and calendar capabilities
Exceptional time management and organization skills
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients
Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify and solve problems and needs of the downstream customer before they become larger issues
Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
