& Johnson Medical Devices Health Economics and Market Access (HEMA) Center

of Excellence expands patient access to Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices

products and solutions by articulating the value of our innovative portfolio.

We are a diverse global team of health economists, market access professionals

and analysts focused on changing the discussion from price to value. We partner

with Research & Development, sales & marketing and other key internal

and external stakeholders during the entire product lifecycle to ensure our

innovative portfolio is backed with the clinical and real-world evidence needed

to support conversations with healthcare providers, policy makers, payors and

patients. We also drive these conversation with non-clinical stakeholders to

obtain or improve market access for our products and procedures.You will

report into the Global Head of the HEMA Center of excellence. You will be

supporting the COE leader along with the North America and Global Payer and

Provider Value Demonstration teams. You will support the execution of these

teams plans of action, specifically ensuring seamless contracting, payment

management, budgeting and project tracking. In addition, you will support the

leaders of these teams along with the COE leader in all administrative tasks.

This will include but not be limited to travel, meeting planning, Calendar

assistance and expense payments.Responsibilities:Administrative:

Calendar Management

Scheduling of teleconferences

via WebEx and/or Skype

Meetings support (rooms, food

arrangements, office stationery)

Setting up of meetings, note

taking and summary analysis

Complex international travel

planning and expense reporting

Concur report submission

PO Management – creation,

tracking and closure

Ariba processing,

e-marketplace set up and planning

Coordination:

Creation of budgetary

tracking updates, finance reports

Completion of financial

reporting summaries

Project management – project

planning and tracking

Creation of complex

spreadsheets (e.g. pivot tables)

Creation of Power Point

presentations to support core activities

Drive solutions for

operations barriers and gaps

Supports HEMA COE

communications

Manages the COE onboarding

playbook.

Qualifications

A minimum of a High School Diploma

is required, a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred

A minimum of five (5) years

of experience in coordinating and/or managing projects or related

experience is required

A minimum of one (1) years

Administrative experience preferred

Experience managing senior

level calendars is required

Experience setting up small

and large meetings is required

Ability to multi-task and

prioritize is required

Proficiency with Microsoft

Outlook, Excel and Word is required

Experience developing budgets

and budgetary tracking is preferred

Experience in supporting

large teams is preferred

Project planning experience,

complex project management is preferred

Ability to work successfully

in a matrix environment is preferred

Experience with Concur,

Ariba, e-marketplace strongly preferred

Past experience with PO

Management, vendor management and payment systems – creation, tracking and

closure is preferred

Experience working with

senior level leaders, customers and vendors is preferred

Ability to travel domestically

up to 5% of the time
