JOB SUMMARY
Project Managers are responsible for end-to-end project management for the assigned project- includes project planning, delivery, client interaction, trouble shooting, managing project operational parameters and stakeholder management. The primary focus is to balance the project constraints # budget, scope, time, risk, quality, and resource over the project lifecycle. The Project Managers are responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors and for establishing effective communication plan with the project team and client.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead all aspects of project planning, documentation, development of success criteria, outcomes measurement and the successful handoff of projects through effective communication
  • Prepare budget and resource plans to achieve the SOW.
  • Coordinate the use of appropriate tools and techniques to guarantee the progress of the project and changes to the scope and schedule
  • Coordinate with Delivery Manager and General Manager for Project Management Reviews
  • Identify and communicate with the customer for any new business opportunities
  • SPECIALIZATION
  • Should have 10 to 12 years of Project management experience
  • Should have experience in executing Duck Creek projects
  • Experience on managing AMS project is preferable
  • Co-ordinating with internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Managing project progress and adapt work as required
  • Ensuring projects meet deadlines
  • Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Designing and signing off on contracts
  • Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
  • Participating in process such as design, submission and review
  • Designing risk mitigation plan
  • Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
  • Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
  • Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Reporting and escalating to management as needed
  • Executing projects with Agile methodologies

Responsibilities: Responsible for all aspects of project management including: supporting pursuits and attending interviews for pursuits, client management, project scope development, project planning, organizing, change management, inter-discipline coordination, production coordination, team leadership, financial management, project quality control and delivery. Must be exceptional in written and oral communication, with the ability to lead, develop and deliver highly persuasive presentations that build client confidence and result in securing favorable environmental and stormwater design contracts. Strong understanding of environmental regulations and potential application to clients\' needs required. Proven experience in developing project plans, anticipating and addressing project issues, leading meetings with clients, and directing the completion of technical reports and designs.
