The Associate Sales Representative assists the Sales team and partners with Sales Representatives to service and call on assigned accounts to help grow sales.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Will learn sales techniques and company product/service offerings. Will handle less complex assignments and partners with more senior representatives to close sales when necessary.
Identify new account and new business opportunities. Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.
Establish and maintain customer relationships. Resolve, communicate and follow-up on service issues in a timely basis.
Develop and deliver sales bids, presentations, and proposals and conduct product demonstrations with the purpose of selling new item categories and customer programs.
Manage customer agreements by working with vendors, Medline s product divisions, Medline s contracting division, group purchasing organization and the customers.
Manage pricing and service related activities.
Perform account level collaborative business reviews. Review reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to identify selling opportunities and monitor sales progress at the individual account level.
The Customer Service and Sales Associate consults with customers on their Hertz rental. Maximizing revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections. Ensures that the customer receives world-class customer service and sales support.
