The Integrated Supply Chain engineering organization designs and enables our factories to drive world-class operational performance to deliver products that delight our customers. This is a high-visibility position in a winning team! Key Responsibilities: This Senior Director position is responsible for developing the vision and strategy for lean transformation and deploying this strategy across our 50+ Honeywell global factories. This leader will be expected to drive the right approach using leading lean and manufacturing methods to achieve significant performance in our business. This leader will work with business leaders, operations and supply chain leaders, and manufacturing engineers to drive the lean and manufacturing process improvement projects across our business, ensure strategic operational business results are achieved, and grow the capability of our manufacturing organization. The key objectives for this leader include: driving strategic project selection to enable performance of our factories and supply chain, managing rapid project completion, working with operations teams and other stakeholders to ensure success, reporting status to executive and corporate leadership on a regular basis, driving strategic relationships with external companies to enable success, and be a thought-leader for the ISC Engineering organization as part of the core corporate operations leadership team. Geographic location: Preferred locations for this position are in Charlotte NC, Phoenix AZ, Atlanta GA, Minneapolis MN, Cincinnati OH, Chicago IL, or Northford CT; Clearwater FL, travel up to 50% YOU MUST HAVE: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing or related technical field

10 + years of manufacturing engineering and/or project engineering experience

5+ years of experience leading manufacturing and/or engineering teams

For Export compliance, candidate must be a US Citizen or Permanent resident.

Demonstrated experience driving a lean transformation across multiple sites or business organizations

Understanding of best-known methods for scaling lean and continuous improvement methods in industrial technology businesses

Commanding knowledge of lean, six sigma and process improvement tools and methods

High bias for action and integrative problem-solving skills

Deploying world-leading manufacturing methods into global team and factories

Ability to focus teams to drive the highest impact methods as a priority and manage a rigorous operating system to ensure objectives are accomplished as planned

Proven ability to build a team; attract, retain, and engage talented team members

Expert coach to team members to increase technical and leadership capability

Demonstrated ability to prioritize near term commitments while also driving sustainable transformation to significantly improve the foundational methods in our business
