Our financial client needs a Test Automation Engineer to support their team in Cincinnati. You will work in a cross-functional Agile squad to provide thought leadership within quality engineering.

Responsibilities of the Test Automation Engineer:
  • Implement high quality, reusable, maintainable test automation code
  • Set the direction for highly complex test plans
  • Oversee system testing effort for compliance with requirements
  • Analyze test results and report on findings, risk, and progress
  • Provide recommendations and implement best practices for continual process improvement

Requirements of the Test Automation Engineer:
  • 8+ years of experience as a test automation engineer
  • 4+ years of experience as a lead test automation or quality engineer architect role
  • 4+ years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Proficiency in Java and/or JavaScript, SQL, Selenium WebDriver or similar
  • Experience developing automation frameworks from the ground up and developing test suites
  • Experience in a BDD environment
