CBTS is currently seeking a Windows Systems Administrator for a position located in downtown Cincinnati, OH.
This position will help build out existing infrastructure and troubleshoot problems as well.
Qualifications include the following:

  • 3+ years of Systems Administration experience of Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008/2012
  • Prior experience with Active Directory and Exchange
  • Experience with VMware and Linux is a plus

The College of Medicine, Office of Operations and Finance is recruiting a Senior Business Administrator. This position manages a team of accounting and finance professionals that are responsible for the pre-award grant submission and processing for all departments within the College of Medicine. This position will offer flexibility for a hybrid remote schedule for applicants with a residence within OH/IN/KY once training is complete. Remote work arrangements are subject to change in accordance with university policies. Essential Functions Oversee and manage the pre-award grant submission process, including processes and procedures, grant application checklists, and coordination with UC Kuali, NIH/eraCommons, ASSIST, and other sponsor software products. Serve as an Authorized Organization Representative for the University and the College of Medicine, coordinating with UC Sponsored Research Services for processing of grant applications, just-in-time requests, grant awards, budget modifications, and subcontracts in accordance with university processes and procedures. Serve as the primary resource for training staff on pre-award activities and operations. Supervise day-to-day operations for 8-10 grant administrators, including annual goal setting, time reporting, and performance evaluations. Excellent academics (cumulative GPA greater than or equal to 3.0 as a general rule) Detailed working knowledge of aircraft manuals and drawings and the content required for FAA certification. Good understanding of FAA regulations and ability to design for compliance. Demonstrated solid understanding of commercial avionics interface standards and their installation. High levels of computer literacy and ability and be proficient with different computer programs including Autodesk, SolidWorks, and MS Office. Must have a valid passport and driver’s license.
