LINE COOK POSITION
Previous food service kitchen experience required, previous high volume line cook experience
Job responsibilities include:
Maintain a clean and efficient work station and follow proper food handling procedures.
Prepare all menu items according to Thunderdome quality standards and specs.
Maintain all food safety procedures and regulations, including proper knife skills and safety
Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Maintain a positive and cooperative teamwork environment.
Have full understanding of all tools available to do your job.
Participate in any restaurant meetings and/or trainings when conducted.
Use good communication between floor and kitchen staff.
Understand how you impact food cost.
This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds. This position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
Back of house staff may be eligible for Thunderdome BOH Weekend Compensation Incentive Plan. Full time team members are eligible for medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits within 90 days of employment. Back of house full time team members will be eligible for Paid Time Off after completing one year of service. The position pays up to $15/hr
