Availability during weekdays is necessary for daytime positions! Nightlife positions must have weekend availability!
We prefer as flexible an availability as possible, as operating hours are from 11am to midnight during the week, 11am to 230am during the weekends, broken into multiple periods: day-time, dinner, and nightlife.
Galla Park is an upscale, high-energy fine dining venue, with top of the line nightlife Friday and Saturday nights We strive to provide our guests with an unparalleled experience via:
-A finely-crafted restaurant experience seven days a week, with executive chef Ben Toney of Golden Lamb.
-An exhilarating nightlife with live DJs of all calibers, featuring DaveyC as our resident.
-Bottle Service during Fridays and Saturdays, allowing our clientele to enjoy our nightlife entertainment in style.
Experience in fine dining environments and/or bars is preferred but not necessary We provide in-depth training in-house, continually offering advancement to new positions as desired.
Responsibilities are as follows:
Barbacks - maintain the form and function of the bar, supporting the operation of the bartenders. This includes setting up the bar, stocking beers and liquors, cleaning glassware, replenishing fruit and garnishes used for drinks, replenishing ice, clearing the bar top after a guests visit.
Servers Assistants - help support the servers in servicing tables, including watering the tables, clearing and resetting tables after a guests visit, polishing of silverware and setups, as well as delivering food to tables as it is completed by the kitchen.
VIP Assistants - they perform a similar role as servers Assistants: keeping VIP tables clean, replenishing mixers, fruit trays, glassware.
Bussers - Help ensure the overall cleanliness of the restaurant, clearing tables, keeping debris off of the floor, assisting other positions in their duties as requested.
Pay is hourly, bi-weekly, varying with position scheduled, plus tips on most positions!
This is a fast-paced environment, quickly growing in popularity in Cincinnatis Banks District! We are located directly across from the Reds Stadium. Applications and interviews are conducted in person at Galla Park, located at 175 Joe Nuxhall Way.
