Seeking a Full Time Prep/Line Cook to join our Food and Beverage staff. This position is responsible for creating an outstanding customer service experience for our members and guests by preparing a la-carte and banquet menu items in an efficient, professional and pleasant manner. The Cook will prepare and cook food in accordance to recipe standards, under the supervision of the Executive Chef.
Duties include:
Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
Cook menu items precisely, working on several different orders simultaneously.
Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared.
Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fryers, or griddles.
Clean, organize, and restock workstations.
Qualifications
Prior experience in a food service capacity, preferably in a club or fast paced environment
Team player with a positive hard working attitude
Well organized with a keen attention to detail
Very customer service oriented
At least 18 years of age
