The Birch in Terrace Park is a locally owned, and operated neighborhood restaurant, wine bar, and retail wine shop. We feature a from scratch kitchen focused on new, and classic American cuisine.
The Birch has a great sense of family for its staff members, and we take care to be sure your needs are considered in all of our decsion making processes. We are closed for the major holidays, because we know your family is important, too.
Our ideal candidate MUST have prior experience in a full service restaurant, be able to operate independently at times, have the ability to work in a quick paced environment, and possess a guest focused sense of service. Wine knowledge is certainly a plus, but not a requirement for the position.
This position would be Tuesday through Friday starting at 10am until approximately 4pm. With the possibility of occasional Sunday brunch shifts (when we reopen for Sunday brunch).
