Marco's Pizza in Western Hills is searching for an experienced, positive, and reliable individual to act as our Assistant Store Manager. An Assistant Manager is responsible for maintaining a positive guest experience, ensuring product quality, managing labor, and driving sales and profitability.
We are looking for someone who:
-Has a minimum of two years of restaurant experience, preferably in a management or leadership role.
-Is able to supervise, motivate, coach, and develop employees.
-Is self-motivated.
-Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
-Possesses a desire to learn and grow within the company.
-Is able to work nights and weekends.
-Has the ability to lift 50 lbs.
