We are an artisanal European dessert shop located in the heart of Mount Lookout Square. Our business only focuses on offering the highest quality authentic European desserts/foods, with a focus on Gelato, French Macarons, and Chocolates. We make everything from scratch using the highest quality local produce possible.
We do require someone who is safe serve certified.
The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:
Store management responsibilities
- Manage and motivate employees and balance people cost
- Manage food cost
- Control product quality
- Interact and establish customer base
- Maintain high cleaning standards
Qualifications
- Has Managed direct reports
- Safe Serve Certified
PAY
- Salary depends upon experience
