Sous Chef needed for downtown Dayton location
Candidates must be self-motivated, ambitious and goal oriented individuals who strive to take their position to the next level, have a passion for creating and serving exceptional dishes in a high volume, environment.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- 3 years minimum experience in a chef-driven, ingredient focused, high volume, contemporary culinary
environment
- Solid knife skills & culinary fundamentals required. Cooking interview and or stage will
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced and extremely demanding, yet highly rewarding work environment
- Must have a team-building mindset with the proven ability to lead, delegate tasks and effectively manage and
train staff. Must work well with others.
- Must have great instincts and communication skills
- Must have strong focus on consistency, quality, efficiency and cleanliness & sanitation
-Great communication skills necessary

- Compensation based on experience
