Periodontist office is seeking a New Patient Coordinator
Requirements for Position:
Managing all intake for New Patient Consults
Requesting & gathering all referral information needed for appointments
Knowledge of basic insurance
At least 5+ years plus of dental customer service
Great communication skills
Must be a team player but able to work independently managing your own tasks
Dentrix experience is a must
Must be able to pass background check
Experience working with a periodontists or knowledgeable of procedures
Various front desk tasks will include but not limited to; answering phones, learning scheduling for various surgery procedures, and basic check in or check out if needed
