POSITION 1:
Power Wash and Window Technician
JOB DESCRIPTION 1:
Pressure washing exterior areas such as driveways, decks, parking lots, houses, sheds, some 1-2 level gutters and more. Cleaning windows of homes and businesses
Duties for cleaners include but not limited to Operating Pressure Washer Utilizing Scrub Brushes
Lifting equipment to/from truck
Use of low level ladders
Maintaining Equipment
Broom, Cloth & Squeegee Operation
Competitive Pay + Tips, Plus commission on referrals. Paid mileage (excess of normal job commute). Truck Use Allowance and higher hourly if using personal van or truck for equipment. Raise Reviews after 90 days.
POSITION 2:
Looking for experienced cleaners for residential and commerical.
JOB DESCRIPTION 2:
Responsible for cleaning residential homes, offices and other places. Duties include cleaning all areas of the home. Light lifting required such as approximately 1 to 50 pounds.
Great customer service skills & Reliability are a must.
Competitive Pay + Tips, Plus commission on referrals. Paid mileage (excess of normal job commute). Raise Reviews after 90 days.
Both positions.
Shift schedules are set by the jobs demand which vary Monday-Saturday, PT hrs vary. Min required availability for 15 hrs but employees can get hours up to 37 hrs per week.
Must be dependable and detail oriented, with a great work ethic. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to do a background check (some offenses may not exclude employment but limit assignments and shift availability due to exclusive agreements.
