Allison Landscaping is in search of a Mowing Crew Member and Foreman servicing high end residential and commercial properties. A minimum of 1 year commercial lawn mowing experience and reliable transportation is required .
Job Duties for Mowing Foreman Include:
Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing debris.
Driving truck and trailer in a safe and professional manner between job sites.
Responsible for the quality, productivity, and efficiency of the crew.
Ensure crew completes each task in a professional, safe, and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate record and timekeeping for your crew. This includes reviewing and completing daily route sheets.
Preform weekly maintenance on equipment. This includes sharpening blades at the end the workday throughout the week and any other routine maintenance.
Qualifications for Mowing Foreman Include:
Minimum 2 year experience in the landscaping and lawn mowing industry
Must have 2 year experience with commercial walk behinds, stand on, zero turn mowers, string trimmers, and blowers.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a VALID driver's license and a clean driving record. This will be verified. Must have reliable transportation to and from work each day.
Must demonstrate the ability drive a truck and trailer. This includes backing up the truck and trailer.
Must be able to balance speed and quality, and understand the work flow of a mowing route.
Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
