- Reliability & Punctuality: Maintaining our ability to process and ship orders fast is critical to our business. Although we understand not all unplanned absences or tardiness can be avoided, our focus is on teamwork and reliability is absolutely necessary to build trust within our team.

- Willingness to help with all tasks within the organization: Although the primary task for this position will involve packing, receiving, and restocking, the Dibsies company culture rewards teamwork across the organization as a whole. You will be asked to help with varying production and warehouse tasks.

- Inspecting and Packing finished products for shipments
- Receiving and putting away incoming products
- Pull stock items for production orders
- Restock inventory
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Help with various other tasks within the organization. This includes receiving, re-stocking, re-organizing, cleaning, breaking down boxes, and other warehouse and production related tasks. Compensation:
- $10/Hour PLUS eligibility for End-of-Season bonus of 20% for every hour worked.
- Total Compensation of $12.00 per hour when Bonus included.
