Premier Employee Solutions is looking for hard working individuals that are interested in becoming leaders within a warehouse setting. These are long term positions with the opportunity to be hired on to our customer as a full time employee.
What is a Line Captain? A Line Captain is a Line Leader who will be responsible for the oversight of assigned packaging line including quality inspections, meeting labor productivity standards, production procedures and simple maintenance of and adjustments to equipment.
In this role you will be trained on how to become an effective leader. No Experience is required but a good attitude, ability to train and lead, being coach-able, and basic math skills are just some of the qualities we are looking for.
Our customer is located near downtown Cincinnati but on the outskirts so it is not in the heart of the city.
We are hiring for 2 shifts:
1st shift: 6:00am-3:30pm- Pay is $11.50-$12.50 DOE
2nd shift: 2:30pm-12:30am- Pay is $12.00-$13.00 DOE
