We are currently seeking a Corporate Broker of Record for our established real estate brokerage in the state of Ohio. One who will qualify will provide guidance and consultation and have a wide range of real estate experience. The candidate should have past experience in providing "Broker of Record" services to other companies.
As the Broker of Record you will be expected to provide the following:
Have a background as a Broker of Record.
Be a constant problem solver.
Have a thorough knowledge of current market trends and conditions in your state.
Must be a true motivator.
Be proficient with today's technology.
As the state Broker of Record your responsibilities will encompass the following:
Have the ability to quickly help set up our brokerage with all state and local regulatory entities including, Board membership and MLS where needed.
Ability to consult with agents regarding their individual business plans, marketing, goal setting and file management.
Work within the boarding process of new hire agents. (License transfers and MLS affiliation).
Oversee all real estate transactions and help with any transaction resolutions that arise.
Agent support. Communicate with all agents on a regular basis.
Provide monthly statistical production reports to corporate and attend broker meeting conference calls.
