We are currently seeking a Team Player to perform all routine and preventative maintenance in order to maintain the physical integrity of the apartment community at all times. Handle resident work orders, and ensure that all make-ready repairs and services are completed. Keep records of work completed and control inventory of supplies. Assist in grounds keeping such as snow removal, some grounds work, and cleaning of common areas and apartment units, as needed. After hours service on-call required.
Must have a valid drivers license and pass the screening process. Should have working knowledge of electrical, plumbing systems, painting, drywall, and customer service. HVAC certificate NOT required.
