Locally owned and growing owners seek a motivated and qualified full-time manager for 225 units at 156 units and two other smaller properties. The ideal candidate must be a team player and willing to work closely with owners to maintain a respectable property. We are looking for a winner to join a winning team. The following are some requirements:
Marketing- keep rental properties occupied with qualified tenants through property showings and follow up for prospective tenants. Must be diligent in screening tenants.
Tenant Relations- collects deposits and rents, enforces terms of rental agreements, resolves tenant complaints. Maintains a fair and positive working relationship with tenants.
Facilities Management- schedules maintenance and repairs for full-time on-site maintenance tech, regularly inspects property to ensure it is in good working order, quickly resolves emergency maintenance issues.
Work well with leasing agent as a team.
