Be a part of an exciting team, in which you will be responsible for identifying new business prospects, refining those opportunities and ultimately increasing ClaimLinxs influence as well as assisting the Sales Department & Insurance Agents with various duties related to sales in the health insurance industry. You will have monthly sales and marketing goals to develop new business prospects and build relationships with prospects, outside consultants, accountants, financial planners, brokers and other centers of influence. You will also work with the sales and insurance agency team performing administrative functions to retain and generate new business. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys finding new avenues for reaching small business owners.through social media, calling potential prospects, networking and working on new marketing initiatives. In addition, candidates are interested in obtaining industry knowledge through work experience with the sales department.

This persons skill set would include exceptional communication skills on the phone, through electronic media and marketing with new prospects and existing clients. Ability to identify and qualify new prospects.

Respond appropriately to prospective customer requests and inquiries in a timely manner.

Solve problems and lead the team through internal issues to enable securing new business.

Maintain relationships with current customers and potential customers, including internal ClaimLinx associates.

Develop new relationships through strategic networking and cold calling.

Make critical judgement calls leading to the best solution for the customer and ClaimLinx.

Willing to work with the Sales Department to perform administrative duties to retain business and prospect with existing clients on new products.

Qualified candidates would be required to split their time between administration and sales prospecting efforts and have the ability to manage their time wisely to accomplish assigned tasks. This position requires a highly organized skill set along with the ability to use software programs to streamline processes. Commitment to documentation in various software programs include social media, customer relationship database, would also be a requirement of this position.

Educational Requirement:

College degree preferred or equivalent business experience. 2+ years in an office environment.

Technology Requirements:

Linkedin, Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access), Adobe Acrobat Reader. Competent with an email system, phone system, fax, computer and copier. Familiarity with a customer relationship manager to track leads preferred (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics, SalesForce, etc.).
