Pay: 100% Commission
Approximately $1,830 commission per sale
$5,500 Bonus after 5 sales
$1000 bonus for each sale there after
+ Self-generated business is approximately $5.5k commission per sale!
Sales Expectation: 5+ sales per month
Monthly: $14,650+ if minimum expectation is achieved
Yearly : $175,000+ if minimum expectation is achieved

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
As one of the nation's fastest growing solar companies, we are looking for self-motivated Field Energy Sales Consultants to promote residential solar in the area. Imagine helping customers own their power instead of renting their power while saving them money!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Looking for people who want a career opportunity. This role consist of 2-3 hot leads per day and pre booked solar sales appointments per day with customers who are already interested. Your job is to drive to their home and close the deal having all photos uploaded and documents signed.
Qualify and educate potential customers on Solar
Participate in weekly team meetings designed to help you improve personally and professionally
Learn to build a customer base
Effectively schedule and prioritize your daily work activities
Travel to and conduct sales meetings within customers’ homes
Powerhome provides you with a 2020 Chevy Malibu, gas card, ipad, and a PAID training.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Sales
Ability to work evenings and weekends
A self-driven attitude, strong one call closing ability
Customer-focused mindset, problem solving skills
Ability to travel locally
A positive attitude both in mindset and interaction with others
Excellent Communication skills
Valid Driver’s License with Clean MVR

o 7 sale average - $20,310
o 8 sale average - $23,140
o 9 sale average - $25,970
o 10 sale average - $28,800
