Customer Contact Specialist is currently needed--Full Time or Part Time. This is a long term position with potential of advancement.
This role will contact current clients to set review appointments for their current policies. It will also schedule appointments for new customers that ask to do business with us. Other duties would include light receptionist and clerical. Some computer skills will be needed.
Job requires good attendance, good phone skills and a genuine concern for details.
This is not a telemarketing job, but prior phone experience, sales or telemarketer skills would be helpful.
