We are searching for a commissioned sales professional to fill a full time position in our Cincinnati, OH brokerage. The position will be responsible for covering loads as well as the normal day to day in monitoring all loads thru their completion.
This position:
Makes prospecting calls to provide logistics solutions for your future clients
Develops relationships with your own current clients
Nurtures these relationships through consistently positive interactions and excellent customer service
Negotiates and builds relationships with shippers and carriers
Facilitates successful pick-up, delivery and over the road assistance while your customer’s freight moves around the country
Requires minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Self-motivation, excellent communication are required
