Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate diagnostics and high-quality vehicle repairs on all makes and models
Complete maintenance services including brakes, suspension, alignments, tune-ups, and more
Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding findings and recommendations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Uphold Donovan’s commitment to honesty, transparency, and customer-first service
What You Bring:
2+ years of automotive repair experience is required
ASE certifications a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Volkswagen and Audi experience is a plus
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and commitment to ethical repair practices
