DWDIRECT is seeking highly motivated and self-driven individuals with a profoundly unique customer service skills to join our residential appliances delivery/Installation and maintenance team. Our customer interface and management/follow-up systems assure’s our clients an exceptional and qualitative service experience.

+++MUST HAVE APPLIANCE INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE, including refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, gas hookups, hard- wire and Home theater installation.

Installations may involve

• Cable routing (RG6/CAT5&6/electrical) and concealment.

• Two story wall-fishes and locating in-wall studs and piping.

• Working in elevated positions or heights (ladders) and use of power hand tools.

• Installation and setup of CCTV security and monitoring system for remote monitoring via a wired or wireless network,

• Installation of projectors/screens/TVs & mounts/in-wall speakers/subs and AVR installation and component integration with cable tagging and concealment.

• Installation of ALL major appliances, including electrical/plumbing/duct tie-ins.

Responsibilites:

• Maintain a clean/organized and professional appearance.

• Deliver appliances and complete fulfillment installation job orders for Best Buy residential customers in accordance with stipulated specifications and regulations.

• Educate customers on basic equipment use and maintenance procedures.

• Maintain adequate inventory and work order log for all deliveries/installations and repairs.

• Provide clients with adequate trouble shooting and maintenance support.

• Provide adequate feedback to line managers.

Qualifications:

• Must Provide your own tools At least 21 years of age.

• Mush have basic electricity and plumbing experience.

• Customer service skills including listening and reasoning skills

• Must be eligible to work in the united states and possess a valid driver’s license.

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

• Must have a decent, functional and fully dedicated ENCLOSED TRUCK.

• Must be able to lift at least 75lbs

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize successfully as part of a team.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights and weekends

• At least 21 years of age.
