PAY RATES
Experienced Carpenters: Open for discussion based on skill & experience
Mid-Level Carpenters: $25+ / hour
Carpenter Apprentices: $18+ / hour
Pay increases quickly for the right attitude, craftsmanship, and reliability.
REQUIREMENTS
You must meet the following basics:
Reliable transportation in good condition (having a truck is a strong plus)
Own tools is a plus (not required, but highly preferred)
Deck-building experience is a major plus
Ability to lift materials, carry lumber, and stay physically active throughout the day
Must be able-bodied and capable of working in outdoor conditions
Comfortable working on ladders and elevated platforms
NOT afraid of heights — if you are, this job is not a good fit
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic
Professional appearance and the ability to communicate well with team members and homeowners
