Equality Contractors is a local General Contracting company. We do everything from Additions, Remodels, Full builds, Roofs, Siding, Gutters Etc.
We’re growing at an insane rate and are looking to hire more professionals to join our vastly growing team. We’re looking for Drywall Finishers, Flooring Specialist who Can install, as well refinish, Framers & Carpenters, Painters, Tile Installers, Roofers and Siding Pros & always looking for reliable and hardworking general laborers.
We’re looking to fill these positions immediately and can start Monday. We’re looking for hourly workers. We offer 401k Matching, A Company Truck, A raise, and full medical benefits after 90 days of No call offs or being late.
We’re open to hiring single individuals and as well crews are welcome to apply. We’re open to 1099 workers and bidding jobs , but we’d prefer hourly workers.

Must be able to Pass a Background Check (being a felon or having charges doesn’t disqualify you from the position, we all make mistake it whether we learn from them and don’t make them again. Explain what happened, how long ago it was etc). Must have your own tools and reliable transportation. Also must have pictures of previous work as well as 3-5 references of company’s & or customers you have worked for in the past.
Pay is based off skill and knowledge. We have competitive wages. It’s all based off your skill and knowledge though. We will discuss wages during your interview.
