Your Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of all properties in the portfolio, including interior and exterior general maintenance, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, painting, finish work, and grounds.
-Complete routine service request by residents in a timely, accurate, and respectful manner.
-Inspect and prepare vacant properties for new residents.
-Maintain curb appeal by ensuring all properties are, clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
-Coordinate and work effectively alongside other maintenance technicians, contractors, sub-contractors, and other team members.
-Provide exceptional service to current, future, and past residents at all times.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Ability to read and write English fluently.
-Basic computer skills required.
-Valid drivers license.
-Previous general maintenance, sub-contractor or contractor, or handyman experience preferred.
-Must be able to frequently walk and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must be able to lift/move loads up to 50lbs as well as use a ladder.
