Experienced property turnover tech needed to help with our turnovers and rehabs.
Residential single family homes in normal working class neighborhoods.
The work is all around Cincinnati but mostly the Western half around 275.
Must have hand and cordless power tools.
Must have your own work vehicle.
We buy all materials.
NO serious criminal backgrounds and WE DO CHECK.
$16 $20 per hour depending on experience and dependability.
