About the Position
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Proposal Manager to grow our team! Proposal Manager Daily Life
⢠Use your exceptionally strong technical writing and editing skills to concisely and creatively express technical information, as well as boldly edit the work of others.
⢠Passionately develop new and exciting methods to convey information through various media, including print, web, social media, and cutting-edge technologies.
⢠Foster a team setting where each individualâs thoughts, opinions, contributions, and critique are not only encouraged, but vitally necessary.
⢠Quickly determine the goals and challenges of any assignment and develop and implement the optimal solution.
⢠Manage and prioritize your diverse and always-urgent workload.
⢠Fearlessly âfind the answersâ and shoulder responsibility for duties.
Proposal Manager Skills for Success
⢠Present ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively via the written word. First drafts must be very close to final drafts.
⢠Mental Acuity.
⢠Technical Prowess. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe programs, along with the ability to quickly self-learn next-level software.
⢠Bachelor's Degree
⢠Significant experience creating awesome work in a proposals and marketing environment.

The highly interactive, team-based nature of this full-time position requires presence in our Miamisburg, Ohio headquarters. Work hours are 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday.
