Gross Residential is a dynamic development, construction and property management firm with approximately 300 employees and 35 locations throughout northeast Ohio, Tennessee, Alabama and South Carolina.
We are looking for a detailed and energetic person with an accounting aptitude.
Responsibilities include:
Processing account payable invoices.
Processing and making corrections in the account receivable system
File paid invoices and reconcile vendor statements
Maintain proof of insurance from the vendors
Experience with accounts payable and Excel is a must. Experience with Job Cost or property management systems such as Sage 300 (Timberline) or Realpage would be a plus.
