24 year, exterior building restoration, preservation and repair company is seeking an organized, motivated individual to assist with field operations on commercial repair and historical preservation projects in northeast Ohio. This is NOT insurance fire and flood restoration work. We service many historical churches and buildings in the Cleveland area and surrounding cities. Our projects range from basic building repair to award winning historical restorations.
Applicant will be expected to:
Collaborate with clerical and accounting personnel to obtain building and street obstruction permits, tax exemption certificates, submittals, including Spec Data and Safety Data Sheet documentation.
Collaborate with Logistics Manager to obtain materials and equipment used and/or needed on the job sites, record and report job site issues and progress to upper management. Aid with safety programs and job site monitoring.
Employment Requirements include:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Architecture or related field;
If no degree, minimum five years of experience in construction management-related field;
Microsoft Office software;
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation;
Background check;
Drug test;
OSHA 10 or 30 safety training certification a plus.
