JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

Provide leadership and assist in the effort to manage and maintain the efficiency, professionalism and profitability of the service department.

Provide direct supervision for the service technicians. Ensure that the customers needs are met.

Provide all vendor and manufacturer contacts required to successfully complete repairs and ensure payment. Maintain high standards for quality repairs in the service department.

Provides direction to service technicians. Interacts with the Service Manager, Service Consultants, Warranty Administration and parts personnel and technicians.

Must be able to prioritize work and technician assignments

Must be able to work closely with other internal and external customers to ensure a quality product

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

This position requires a two-year vocational certificate, or equivalent, and a minimum three to five years of experience with technical, mechanical and supervisory roles. Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Duties will include but not limited to general warehouse duties, operating forklifts, cleaning and general maintenance duties, and working as a team player to promote a good company image and provide exceptional customer service to all of our internal and external customers.

Self-starter well organized and detail oriented. Good verbal and communication skills.

Able to manage multiple tasks. Basic computer skills including Word and Outlook.

The ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment. Dependable.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior warehouse experience. Forklift experience. Ability to life up to 75lbs.
