A Customer Service Representative acts as a liaison between our clients and customers, as well as our management team and entry level team members, ensuring that proper training, strategies, coaching, and mentor-ship are provided to all. Customer Service Representatives hold vital roles in our organization as they communicate directly with multiple parties and must be confident, approachable, and extremely solution oriented!
The Duties:
Face to face sales presentations with potential customers
New client acquisition
Customer retention
Contract negotiations
Territory management
Developing and teaching sales strategies
Development of internal staff
