This is not your typical call center job. You will serve as the front line of support for our members handling a high amount of calls (50+). Such calls include assistance with prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage. At the end of the day you would have left feeling that you made a difference in a members life as you simplified their healthcare experience towards their path to better healthQualifications6+ months experience working with customers (Retail, Restaurant, Call Center, Military)Successful completion of drug screen and background checks6+ months Healthcare related experience, certifications, and license (HHA, Medical Coding, Medical Terminology, Pharmacy Experience, Medical Administrative, Medical Billing)Ability to identify process improvementsPrevious Call Center or relevant military experienceHigh school diploma/GEDClick Here to Apply!
