Now hiring for a building Maintenance Director. This position requires previous experience managing a maintenance staff and managing an apartment building. This position deals with heavy administrative/reporting organization: must be computer savvy. Professionalism: dealing with Corporate office, vendors, contractors, banks, residents and employees. Management skills: supervision of maintenance staff: scheduling, coordinating, evaluating, training. Must have solid knowledge of building maintenance: plumbing, carpentry, electrical and any other routine building maintenance.
