JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant field, or Associates Degree (in applicable field), plus 2 years related experience, or High School Graduate or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years related experience. Certifications such as compaction, asphalt, concrete, aggregate or others. ODOT Construction Inspection Prequalification preferred. NICET Highway Construction Level II or Higher Certification preferred. Experience with ODOT or municipal inspection preferred. Ability to work outside in all weather conditions required. Must have a satisfactory driving record, criminal background investigation and drug test. Ability to visit and safely traverse construction and project sites and complying with all applicable safety codes and requirements.
